Lewis Hine, was an American sociologist and photographer who is best known for his images of child labor in the early 20th century. Hine was a pioneering photojournalist who used his camera to shed light on social and political issues of the time, including the exploitation of children in the workplace. His photos of child labor and other social issues were groundbreaking and helped to raise awareness about these important issues.
