Katherine Harley, also known as Katharine Harley or Kate C. Harley, was a talented American amateur golfer. Her remarkable achievements included winning the U.S. Women's Amateur of the United States Golf Association (USGA) in 1908 and again in 1914. Additionally, she claimed victory in the Women's Eastern Championship in 1914. Throughout her golfing career, Harley received bronze medals in the semi-finals of the USGA in 1903, 1904, and 1922.

In 1917, Harley became the champion of the Women's Golf Association of Boston, further solidifying her reputation as a prominent figure in the sport. In 1921, she proudly won the gold medal of the Women's Metropolitan Golf Association.

Outside of her sporting achievements, Katherine Harley found love and companionship in her marriage to Herbert Arnold Jackson in 1913. Together, they made generous contributions to the community by donating emergency service wings to two hospitals as memorials for their two sons.
