How are prints shipped?

Unframed prints come rolled up in a sturdy cardboard tube. 

Prints are shipped First Class from the US Post Office which typically takes 6-8 days depending where you are located from Connecticut. If you would like to get your prints within a 2-3 day timeline, Priority and UPS are available at checkout.

 

How long does it take for a print to arrive?

Prints are usually ready to ship within one to two days. During holidays, or severe weather, this timeframe can take considerably longer due to shipping delays.

 

You will receive a shipping tracking number and link via e-mail once your package ships.  You can visit the tracking link to keep an eye on progress and get a better estimation of exactly when your print will arrive.

 

Where do you get these prints?

All of the pubic domain prints come from online sources. They are fixed (tears and folds), cleaned of thumbprints and dust and restored to capture a level of detail that is stunning. 

 

Do you frame the prints? Can you print on Canvas?

At this time, we only sell prints. However, most prints are sold as standard sizes which makes them easy to slip in a frame yourself.  We are currently working on adding more options.

 

What type of paper do you use?

Luster paper is the perfect marriage of glossy and matte papers, taking all the good points from each. Luster is the industry-standard for photographic prints and looks great framed.

 

What is your return policy?

If you would like to return your print for any reason at all, within 30 days of the date of purchase you may do so for a full refund - no questions asked.
Simply send us an email to let us know you will be returning your item, then ship the print back to us. Once received will process a full, 100% refund.
